The Journey

Profile

From my first step into recovery on February 22nd, 2010, I’ve discovered that healing isn’t always a straight path – it’s a journey of growth, even through challenges like my experience in July 2022. Throughout this journey, I’ve embraced many tools to process trauma, transform pain, and honor my losses. But nothing has awakened my spirit quite like ART.

Creating art flows from somewhere deep within me. While I may not have formal training, I’ve learned to trust the healing power of creative expression. During the isolation of COVID, art became my sanctuary – not just for myself, but in creating pieces for others, I found a profound sense of purpose, hope, and self-discovery.

I’ve had the privilege of witnessing fellow recovery warriors create breathtaking art during their darkest moments. Their courage and creativity sparked a vision: What if there was a sacred space where people could share the art that helped them heal?

This vision has blossomed into Healed Art Design – a testament to the transformative power of creative expression.

To everyone who encouraged me to embrace this dream: your belief in me ripples through every piece I create. I pour that same love and encouragement into supporting others on their healing journey through art.

With gratitude and creative spirit,

Kimberly
